TRIO BLANC 2021
Roussanne - ClairetteS
Vin de France Blanc

An exceptional cuvée made of a unique blend of Roussanne, Clairette Blanche and Clairette Rose growing on the 1st and 2nd geological terraces of the foothills of the Larzac plateau, the historic heart of Languedoc !

Soil: rounded stones and gravel, some red clays.

Grapes: 50% Roussanne, 25% Clairette Rose, 25%  Clairette Blanche.

Harvest: hand picking, late September, early October.

Production: 40 to 45 hl/ha on average.

Vinification: direct pressing, alcoholic fermentation thanks to native yeasts followed by a spontaneous and partial malolactic fermentation.

Maturation: short ageing (a few months) in tanks. Natural decanting thanks to cold winter temperatures.

Bottling: at the wine estate, without fining or filtration in order to keep the structure of the wine unspoiled.
